All marketplace products come with a 30-day testing warranty from Computify.in.

GPUs: 30-day warranty.
Processors: 3-year warranty.
Mini PCs: 5-year warranty on the full unit (SSD, RAM, processor and adaptor included). Physical, liquid, and burn damage not covered.
Other products: 30-day warranty by default. Some items may also have remaining brand warranty.

Product is faulty or stops working under normal use.
Product received damaged in transit.
Dead on Arrival (DOA).

Physical damage, liquid damage, and burn or electrical damage are not covered under any warranty, including extended warranties for Mini PCs and processors.

Some parts may still have remaining manufacturer warranty. You can claim this directly at the brand's service centre. Our warranty applies to all products regardless.

Share your order details and describe the issue. We'll arrange a free pickup and replacement or refund if within policy.

We review all claims within 24 hours of submission. If approved, we arrange a free return pickup and process a replacement or refund as per policy.
